Question Grouping Operations
Question Node Group Operations
Grouping multiple question nodes together makes the questionnaire canvas more concise. You can also save the questions in the group as a questionnaire module or configure them to be displayed on a single page.
-
Create Group: After selecting nodes, click the Create Group button to add the selected nodes to a new group.
-
Ungroup: Select a group, and then click "Ungroup" to dissolve the group.
-
Join Group: Select a group and a node, then click the Join Group button to add the selected node to the target group.
-
Remove from Group: Select a node within a group and click Remove from Group to remove the selected node from the group.
-
Display nodes in group as a single page: Enabling the display nodes in group as a single page will show all questions in the group on one page.
Notes on Single-Page Groups:
- You can control whether these questions are displayed horizontally or vertically.
- For single-page groups within a loop, if there are no loop nodes included, each page will only contain the questions for a single iteration of the loop. If the group includes loop nodes, all iterations of the loop will be displayed on one page.
- For single-page groups within a loop that include loop nodes, you can control whether all iterations are displayed together in one table. In this case, the questions within the loop should not be too complex.
Save as Module
Groups can be saved as fixed questionnaire content modules. When these modules are needed in other questionnaires, they can be directly used to improve efficiency. Modules can be shared with members of the entire organization.
