Rating Scale
The rating scale question is presented in the form of icons, with each option displaying a specified number of images. Respondents click on the icons to rate the options. The number of icons clicked by the respondents represents the score given to the option.

Rating Scale Settings
Select an icon and specify the quantity. On the answer page,
Reverse Score Display
By default, it is in ascending order of scores. After enabling reverse display of scores, it will be adjusted to descending order of scores.
Icon Count
Adjust the number of icons by sliding the bar. The number of icons clicked by the respondents when answering the question represents the score given to the option.
Basic Settings
Minimum Input Control
Set the total number of options that must be rated. For example, if there are 5 options to be rated and the minimum input control is set to 3, respondents must rate at least 3 options before they can proceed to the next part of the questionnaire.
