Import and Export
Import and Export
Export all or part of the current questionnaire's questions and save them as a local file. When needed, you can import the file to quickly complete questionnaire creation, improving work efficiency.
For more details, see Creating a Questionnaire from Text
Import Questionnaire from Word
Enter questionnaire content formatted according to specifications within a dialog box, and generate the questionnaire content directly upon confirmation.
Import Questionnaires
Use text editing software such as Word to create questionnaire content formatted according to specifications and save it as a ".doc" file. After uploading it to the system, you can directly create a questionnaire. Alternatively, you can upload a ".cfpd" file, which is a questionnaire format file, to directly create a questionnaire.
When importing a questionnaire:
- If the system detects that a complete questionnaire is being imported, it will prompt whether to overwrite the existing questionnaire. Upon confirmation, the existing questionnaire will be replaced by the newly imported one.
- If the system detects that an incomplete questionnaire is being imported, the imported parts will be merged into the current questionnaire.
Export Questionnaires
Save the complete questionnaire to the user's local storage space. The exported questionnaire is saved with a ".cfpd" file extension, which is a proprietary format of the system. To use it, simply select "Create Questionnaire from File," choose the file, and you can directly use the questionnaire.
Export Selected Questions
Save the selected questions from the current questionnaire to the user's local storage space.
