Print Questionnaire
Printing the questionnaire allows you to print the current questionnaire as a text file, listing all the questions, logic settings, and key information of the file in the form of a questionnaire question list, making it easy to quickly check the questionnaire content and view the questionnaire flow.
The following image shows the print preview effect of a questionnaire.
At the top of the print preview page is a summary of the questionnaire, followed by the content, options, and conditional settings of all the questionnaire's questions arranged from top to bottom.
Print Preview Markup Explanations
- ID: The beginning of each question is labeled with its ID.
- *: Indicates that the question is mandatory.
- SKIP: If a SKIP markup follows the question ID, it means that this question does not need to be answered.
- Setting Rules: If an option has complex settings such as display conditions, selection conditions, automatic assignment, etc., these detailed rules will be listed below the option.
- Jump Target: If an option has an output connection, the output target will be indicated in the option.
- Variable Appendix: If variables are used in the questionnaire, an appendix will be provided at the end of the page, listing all the variable information for the questionnaire.
Print Control
The toolbar at the top of the print preview page contains a row of buttons that control whether to display node numbers, option numbers, and media resources for the questions.
- Nodes ID: Display numbers before the questions.
- Options Number: Display numbers before the options.
- Media Assets: Display media resources.
