Data Collection Status
Questionnaire Data Collection Status
Once a questionnaire begins collecting data, the system tracks the progress data for all collectors over the last 30 days and aggregates it to generate response progress and questionnaire status charts. The charts are plotted in the form of line graphs, with the vertical axis representing the collection quantity and the horizontal axis representing time. When the mouse is moved over the response progress chart, progress data for that time period will appear floating above the progress curve.

Data Statistics Indicators
By default, the system plots charts based on cumulative data, recording the changing total number of responses collected by each collector.

It can be switched to plot charts based on offset data, which records the incremental changes in the number of responses collected by each collector.

Time Interval Span
By default, the system plots charts with a time interval of 1 hour, but the time interval span can be switched, up to a maximum of 30 days.
Collector Switching
When multiple collectors are simultaneously collecting data for a questionnaire, progress charts and aggregated progress data for all collectors will be displayed.

Display Closed Collectors
Enabling the display of closed collectors will show the response data collection status for closed collectors. By default, the system only displays data for enabled collectors.
Response Quantity Statistics
Below the progress chart are the response progress statistics.
Total Responses
The sum of the response quantities from all collectors for the current questionnaire.
Collector Response Quantities
To the right of the total responses is a statistics summary for each collector of the questionnaire. Each collector has its own data card, which primarily includes the following information:
- Collector Name
- Quota Name Used by Collector
- Download Quantity
- Response Quantity
- Average Response Time
- Collector Creation Time
- Collector Completion Percentage
